Do I need an internet connection?

You can partially use Probe to conduct surveys offline then upload once a reliable connection is made. Discover needs a connection so that you can always be up-to-date with Probe streams

What OSes are supported?

You can download both apps on either iOS or Android. Insights can can viewed on any device with web access.

Can I modify the Insights page?

You can build whatever views you want to track in the Insights page. Your display arrangement will persist between devices.

Can I download my data?

Yes. You can download your data to an offline storage medium by pressing Export in the top right menu.
